NANI says united deserve to win

Winger pleased with United's start to the season

Nani - Hard work pays off
Nani felt Manchester United deserved a 3-1 win over Chelsea which maintained the Premier League champions' 100 per cent start to the season.
In a game overflowing with chances at Old Trafford, first-half goals from Chris Smalling, Nani and Wayne Rooney ensured United picked up the points.
Chelsea had enough obvious opportunities to have got something from the game, but Nani feels the Red Devils merited the victory.
"I think everyone saw a game with a lot of opportunities for both sides," Nani, who fired a thunderbolt past Petr Cech, told Sky Sports 1.
"Chelsea created a lot of chances to score as well, but I think our performance was better than them and that's why we scored three goals.
"We deserved the win."

Fantastic football

United are currently enjoying their best start to a season under Sir Alex Ferguson and Nani praised the attitude of the whole squad following a fifth successive win.

The Portuguese winger added: "I think it's big work from all the team, we've been working very hard all together.
"We're a compact team, playing fantastic football, one, two touch and we've been scoring a lot of goals.
"I think it's very important that we're together and have confidence in our games."
